High quality new office, music room and workshops are connected to an existing Victorian shop.

The building forms the first phase of a mixed-use courtyard development on an awkward triangular site situated in a conservation area.

The design concept is tailored to allow complex construction phasing in order to enable demolition of the existing workshop premises following the completion of the new building.
